You ever wake up and feel Blah. You don't really want to get out of bed but you got things to do. Try "Zombie Mode".
What is "Zombie Mode"?
It's real simple, it's a bunch of stuff that you can do with little or no brain power. Have a list of things you can do without much thought, it could be as simple as: get out of bed, eat, shower, brush teeth, check email etc... you get the idea. Things you can do in autopilot.
Just do stuff off of your "zombie mode" list, maybe it will jumpstart you, maybe not (for more details check out the article below).
