Life, Money and Gratitude  # 62 Unexpected Pleasure

Unexpected pleasure

The other day I had some work done on my house and got to talking to the contractor, a young guy in his twenties.

He came to settle his bill and 40 minutes later, after thanking me profusely he left.

What did I say to him that he was so thankful? Some magical words of wisdom, no, just some boring stuff that he was interested in.

I tapped into the information I had in my head, useful stuff about construction and property management.

Stuff that I had learned over the years about business and pitfalls that I had, genuinely helpful to a guy just starting out.

I realized after talking to him that we all have a vast amount of knowledge about something and if we had an outlet to share that knowledge with someone who would wanted it, we should share it.

If you got some good stuff in your brain, and we all do, find a way to pass it along.

Until next time, God Bless and be well.
